Women of Expansion – Booking Terms
By booking a Women of Expansion event, you agree to the following terms:
• Your payment secures a place at the selected Women of Expansion event.
• Spaces are limited and bookings are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another woman. Please email info@womenofexpansion.com in advance to confirm the replacement attendee.
• Women of Expansion events are social gatherings designed to bring women together to enjoy cultural experiences and conversation. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, guides, venues, and members of the public.
• Women of Expansion reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
• Some events may involve participation in existing public tours, venues, or activities organised by third-party providers.
• Refreshments or meals mentioned in event descriptions (such as coffee after an event) are optional and paid for individually, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Women of Expansion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if necessary. If an event is cancelled by Women of Expansion, all payments will be refunded.
• Participants attend events at their own risk. Women of Expansion cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during events.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
